Introduction
Validator Ent. respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright owners. The platform hosts user-uploaded music, audio content, and other creative works. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and related safe harbor provisions.
If you believe that content hosted on Validator Ent. infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal takedown notice using the process described in Section 02 below. We will respond to valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Validator Ent. qualifies for DMCA safe harbor protection as a service provider that hosts user-generated content. We do not monitor content for infringement in advance, but we respond expeditiously to valid takedown notices and maintain a repeat-infringer termination policy.
Misrepresentation warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing — or that content was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including attorneys' fees.

- Contact information — your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

What Happens After a Counter-Notice
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Validator Ent. will:
1. Forward the counter-notice to the original complainant.
2. Inform the complainant that the removed content will be restored in 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order.
3. Restore the content after 10–14 business days if no court order is received.
Submit counter-notices via email to Validatorent@mail.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice".
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A), Validator Ent. maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
A "repeat infringer" is any user whose uploaded content has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices. Validator Ent. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Issue warnings to users whose content has been subject to takedown notices.
- Suspend upload privileges for users with multiple valid takedown notices.
- Permanently terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
- Forfeit any accumulated credits or revenue associated with infringing content.
Account termination decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and may take into account whether any counter-notices were filed, whether the takedown was disputed in good faith, and the nature and frequency of the infringement.
For questions about this policy or the status of your account, contact Validatorent@mail.com.
